The salon's services are grouped into color and coloring corrections, curly cuts, haircuts and trims, extensions, treatments, styling, waxing and nails. Clients who are unsure what they want can start with a virtual consultation: they send two to three images of the look they have in mind, and the salon matches them with a stylist and sends a plan and quote before booking. First-time curly cut clients begin with a consultation about their goals, followed by a cut and a hydrating treatment.

Extensions are priced after a consultation and offered by tape-in, sew-in, braid-less, beaded, keratin tip and clip-in methods. Bridal hair styling, formal updos, hair tinsel with an event booking option, and silk press services for above-shoulder, medium and long hair are also available. Clients who want a finishing curl or straightening should add it when booking.

The salon offers Cherry buy-now-pay-later plans for bookings from $50 to $4,000, which need approval before the appointment and are available in person. Payment plans with options that include 0% APR are also offered, subject to eligibility. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged half the full service price, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service amount.
