The founder, Sam Wong, brings more than 30 years in the beauty industry. He has worked in Hong Kong, London and Paris and ran a salon in SoHo, New York, before settling in Frederick.
The salon names fair trade, eco-conscious practices and gender inclusivity among its values. Bookings and payment run through its Glossgenius page, and the salon asks for 24 hours (2 business days) notice to cancel or reschedule.
