Cuts range from bang trims and clipper cuts to dry haircuts, pixie cuts, bob and shoulder-length cuts, and curly cuts. Color options run from root touch-ups and single process color to dimensional color, and color correction is also offered. New clients can book a 30-minute consultation first.

Head spa care comes in two versions. The express treatment is done at the regular shampoo bowl and takes 45 minutes or more. The signature treatment takes 75 minutes or more, is done in a private treatment room on a treatment bed with aromatherapy and music, and includes a scalp analysis under a microscope, an herbal scalp mask and a neck and shoulder massage. It is not offered on Thursdays.

The studio asks for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice are charged the full service amount. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.
