The studio is open Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Clients can reach the studio by phone or text at 301-305-8878, or by email.

Pricing is all-inclusive and covers the consultation, cut, color, treatments, blow-dry and styling, with no hidden fees. Tipping is not expected. New clients get a free 15-minute consultation, then haircuts from $120 (75 minutes or more), root touch-ups and all-over color priced after a consultation, and a mini custom color from $240. Current clients see haircuts from $120, root touch-ups at $180, toner refreshes from $180, all-over color at $240, and highlights or balayage from $180. Maintenance cut and color appointments, for clients returning every 4 to 7 weeks or every 8 to 12 weeks, start at $240 and $300.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and several cancellations will prevent a client from booking future appointments. A client who is unhappy with their hair can request a redo within 72 hours of the appointment, and it is booked right away. Refunds are not offered, and gift card sales are final.

The space is described as calm and welcoming. Brow waxing starts at $30 and takes 15 minutes, but it is only booked alongside a hair service. A perm consultation is free and takes 15 minutes; it checks whether hair is healthy enough for a perm, and the forms must be completed before the appointment.
