Each visit can begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to talk through goals and hair history, and new clients are asked to consult before booking so the fit can be confirmed. Starting prices run from $40 for a wash and blow dry to $400 for a full blonding and vivids session. Root touch-ups and gray blending are available, and returning guests can book a 10 Minute Color express root touch-up. Blonding is often the first step before vivid shades, and two-step blonding and vivid services are offered for full or partial placements. The keratin treatment is described as repelling humidity and reducing frizz for about 8 weeks, and conditioning or clarifying treatments can be added to most services.

Children are not permitted in the studio because of limited space and safety concerns. Hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays. Booking requests and inquiries are taken by text message or email. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled.
