Booking must be arranged in advance, and at least 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Payment is due at the time of service. Clients are asked to arrive with hair clean, natural and down, without tight styles, braids or heavy products, and to mention any scalp conditions, allergies or sensitivities before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and closed on Sundays and Mondays. Curl products Sam uses and recommends are available through the online store.
