The menu is grouped into color, extensions, hair services and treatments. Color ranges from root retouches, toners and full color to foil highlights, balayage, and color correction for previous color that needs fixing. Extension services include consultations, clip-in installs, tape extensions, K-tip and weft installation, and removal and maintenance. Hair services cover cuts, blowouts with or without iron work, shampoo cut and style services, a glass hair gloss, curly cuts, and special event styling, including mobile styling with travel fees based on location.

Deposits are required for color services and extensions, and are typically $10 to $25 for most services for new clients. Reservations require a valid credit card. Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 48 hours ahead, through the booking site or by text. Changes made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
