A visit begins with a virtual consultation form sent after booking, followed by an in-person plan. Appointments can be kept quiet if preferred. Head and arm massages and hot towels are included, and the room is set up with Wi-Fi, a work desk, drinks, snacks, music or shows, a weighted blanket, and an eye mask. Every appointment finishes with a blowout, any needed detailing, and styling tips with home care guidance. Pricing is based on the time and product used rather than on the technique.

Color corrections are taken on case by case. New color clients fill out a new client form before booking online, and new clients are accepted. A cancellation list is kept for openings. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% to the card on file unless due to an emergency or illness, and no-shows are charged the full booked service. Refunds, exchanges, and credits on salon services are not offered, though service adjustments can be requested within 72 hours. Children are not permitted at appointments, and guests should ask before bringing a friend. Cash, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard are accepted; gift cards are not currently offered. If someone else is paying, the studio should be contacted ahead of time.
