Cuts are priced by stylist level, moving from New Talent through Prodigy and Director to Master, with the top level listed at $300. Each cut includes a consultation, shampoo and style. Clients who book cuts can receive two complimentary bang trims between paid haircuts, arranged by phone. New Talent stylists list their color and highlights at 15% less.

Extensions and texture services are priced after a consultation. Extension appointments need 48 hours' notice to change the date or time, and texture services need 48 hours' notice for a full deposit refund. Style services carry a $20 surcharge for clients who have extensions. Deep conditioning and a scalp exfoliating treatment can be added to a haircut or blowdry.

Makeup and wedding work runs from custom makeup and makeup lessons to wedding party and wedding day services, with trials offered. On-site wedding services are quoted on request.

According to the salon, its interior is designed with an eco-friendly approach: the lighting draws little power, the floors are made from recycled material, and some furniture is built from reclaimed timber. The business also follows environmentally responsible operating habits. Clients can take part in a hair model program, and gift certificates are available.
