Sam Brocato

Sam Brocato is the owner of Sam Brocato Salon, which he opened in SoHo, New York City, in July 2008. Before moving to New York City, he built a salon and school business in Louisiana. He works as a hairdresser, artistic educator, motivational speaker and product developer, and he wrote the book Beautiful Business. He designs hair for clients in New York City and specializes in healthy, ready-to-wear hair built on his own techniques. He created the Together Beauty hair care line and SuperHair, a formaldehyde-free smoothing system, and he has developed BETA X TOGETHER products, including Scalp Theory and Feed Your Head. He serves as a board member of Intercoiffure and is a member of the Professional Beauty Association. He has received Editorial Stylist of the Year, a NAHA Lifetime Achievement Award and the World's Top Hairstylist Award, was inducted into London's Hairdresser Hall of Fame, and was given the Knight Award from the Council of the Ordre de la Chevalerie through Intercoiffure Mondial.
