The salt cave is a 50-minute session for up to 12 people that uses halotherapy, which means breathing air with fine salt particles. Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to check in, leave phones in a provided cubby, and keep food and drinks out of the room. Once a session begins the cave is quiet, unless a group has reserved the whole space.

Yoga classes are open to all levels, and instructors can modify the practice to suit different experience. Styles include vinyasa, power, yin, vin to yin and restorative. Private and small group sessions can be booked by phone.
