Clients should review the policies before booking. Any appointment cancelled or moved with less than 48 hours' notice, or arrived at more than 15 minutes late, carries a $75 charge to the card on file. Services, treatments and gift card purchases cannot be refunded. Retail products are not refundable, but a defective item can be swapped for the same product within 14 days. Extra treatments needed to reach a desired outcome are charged separately, except for some touch-ups at follow-up visits. Patients are asked to arrange childcare ahead of their appointment.
