Shane Cole, MD

Shane Cole, MD, serves as medical director and owner of Monarch Esthetics. He is a board-certified emergency medicine physician, certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine since 2010. He received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine and finished an emergency medicine residency at Palmetto Health Richland (now Prisma Health) in Columbia, South Carolina, in 2009. In 2015 he co-founded iCare ER and Urgent Care, where he is CEO and Medical Director. He is also co-owner of CAM Innovative Services, a management and development company for hybrid emergency and urgent care facilities, and founded University Urgent Care, a campus-based clinic near TCU in Fort Worth. Aesthetic medicine has been part of his practice for over six years. His cosmetic training includes time at Solera Medical Spa in Fort Worth, Texas, plus neurotoxin training with an oculoplastic surgeon covering facial anatomy and technique. He keeps up in-person training and certification in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, collagen stimulators, lasers, body contouring and skin treatments.
