Each professional rents a private, individual suite and runs their own business, setting their own prices, hours and appointments. Clients book directly with the stylist they choose, so each visit is one-on-one in a private room rather than a shared floor. The company describes its owners as highly skilled, pointing to their artistic talent and their passion for their specialties.
The company says it values professional knowledge, quality products and good customer service. General inquiries are answered during business hours from Tuesday through Saturday, and clients can also book through the stylist directory. Gift cards are available. Clients can use complimentary Wi-Fi, parking for clients is plentiful, and on-site laundry is available.
Service menus vary by location. Highland Village lists chemical peels, dermaplaning, microblading, laser services, injectables, vitamin drips and weight loss. Rockwall lists barbering, chemical peels, injectables, IV hydration and vitamins, laser services, micro needling and weight loss. Sunnyvale lists barbering, ethnic hair care, braids and locks, relaxers, makeup, nail services, skin care and waxing. Brazilian Blowout is offered at Rockwall and Sunnyvale.
Rather than running one staff team, the business rents out private suites to independent professionals who manage their own pricing, schedules and client bookings.
Services take place in private, individual suites that give clients privacy and one-on-one attention.
