The rewards program earns one point per dollar on services and products, points do not expire, and no sign-up is needed. Payment includes cash, checks and major cards, with a 2.7 percent fee on card payments. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and there is a 15-minute grace period for most appointments. Stated hours are Monday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday and Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed Sunday.
