The menu covers braids for adults and children, color, cuts and styling for men and women, sew-ins and weaves, quick weaves and wigs, silk press, and washes and treatments. The salon also offers cosmetic dental whitening and sells hair bundles and gift cards.

Braiding is a major part of the work, from braid removal and foundation braids with no style, which include a shampoo, deep conditioner and trim, to knotless, boho, butterfly, lemonade and two-strand twist styles. Kids can get braid styles designed for natural hair, and children's silk presses are offered for those up to age 10. Color services begin with a consultation, which is required in person before any color or highlight service and can also be done virtually for a fee. The color menu ranges from refreshes and bleach retouches to single and double process color, highlights, peekaboo color and custom colors, which include a silk press and trim.

Extensions are a large part of the menu. Quick weaves are glueless and use the salon's protection method, and clients bring their own hair. Sew-ins can be done with bundles included or with the client's own hair. Maintenance has time limits: sew-in maintenance must be booked by the salon within 8 weeks of installation, closure sew-in maintenance within 2 months, and a sew-in hook up within 3 weeks, bookable once. The big chop service removes chemically treated or damaged hair with a deep cleanse, a cut, and a style or press.

Booking requires a deposit, typically between $25 and $75 for many services, and the balance is due at the appointment and can be paid in cash. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period, after which they are canceled and the deposit is forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable, but a cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice moves the deposit to the next appointment. A second reschedule needs a new deposit, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the remaining balance. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Children are allowed only when they are being serviced, and extra companions are not allowed during services. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday 11 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 8:30 PM, and closed Sunday and Monday.
