The flagship is on the second floor at 50 West 57th Street, near the F train entrance at 57th Street and 6th Avenue, and keeps a private room for clients who want privacy. Chelsea is at 74 7th Avenue, at the corner of 15th Street. Flagship hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5:30 pm. Chelsea is open Monday 11 am to 7:30 pm, Tuesday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 5:30 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5:30 pm. Walk-ins are welcome seven days a week at either location, and appointments can be booked online or by phone at 212-767-0577 (flagship) or 646-559-8723 (Chelsea). Inquiries go to info@salonziba.com.

A haircut visit includes a shampoo, cut and style, and stylists can show clients how to recreate the cut at home and suggest products and hair care habits. Flat iron or curling iron styling costs extra with a haircut. The salon says it has a strong technical foundation and personalizes each cut to the client.

Color appointments begin with colorists choosing a permanent or semi-permanent formula for each client based on skin tone, hair texture, density and goals. INOA is offered as an ammonia-free, odorless permanent color, which the salon says covers up to 100 percent of white hair and adds up to 50 percent more shine. Corrective color for past color mistakes is priced after a consultation.

Cancellations need at least four hours' notice or the full service is charged. A credit card is required on file for first-time clients, for multiple bookings and for services longer than one hour. Blowout packages are sold, include one Kerastase Fusio Dose treatment, expire one year after purchase, can be used at either location, and do not include curling or flat ironing. Redo requests for listed services are accepted within seven days if a client cannot return, provided the issue is reported in that window. Gift cards are available, and unopened retail items can be returned within one week with a receipt.
