The team is built around cutting and color specialists, with updo, makeup and eyebrow artists also on staff. Services are grouped into bridal, cut and style, extensions, hair color and treatments. Every service includes a complimentary consultation, and prices depend on the seniority of the stylist. The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment only. Clients can book through the online booking page or send an appointment request.

Extensions are made from 100% human hair. Tape-in extensions are placed with tabs and need no heat or tools, and the tabs can be reused up to three times for up to eight weeks per application. Lock (i-tip), weft and customized clip-in extensions are fitted by certified stylists, and a free consultation is recommended. Hair cost for extensions is paid at consultation and the service fee at completion. Keratin treatments are described by the salon as temporarily smoothing frizz and leaving hair shiny and smooth. Brazilian Blowout and the Brazilian Keratin Treatment are offered by certified stylists, with pricing that depends on stylist seniority and hair length.

For bridal clients, the team can travel to a hotel or home to style the bride and bridal party, and bridal packages are available for groups of four or more. Pampering Parties for girls are offered, and the team works with bridal parties on the wedding day. Curling or flat irons requested for any service add $10. After color, selected stylists offer a fully styled blow-dry, and colorists rough dry hair during color checks so clients do not leave with wet hair.

The Client Rewards Program gives 25% off a retail purchase on the first visit, a complimentary hair treatment on the second visit, and 25% off a color service on the third. A referral promotion gives $15 off a haircut or $25 off a color service to new referred guests and the person who referred them, with no cash value. Gift cards range from $50 to $1,000, do not expire, and can be used in store for purchases, services and tips.
