Highlights and balayage are the main specialty. Services include full-head foil highlights or balayage with toner, all-over color, root coverage for gray, a combined highlights and gray coverage service, and Halo Couture removable extensions in 30 shades. Modern Balayage is designed to lighten overall color in one session and usually runs three to four hours or more, depending on length and density, so the team discusses a price estimate before booking. Some services include a scalp massage.

Appointments run Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. A credit card is required to book and is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the appointment amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Services are not refundable, but clients may ask for an adjustment within one week of the appointment. Extra guests are not permitted unless there is an extenuating circumstance, and young children and pets are not allowed.

Cuts are fine-tuned both wet and dry, and gray coverage is paired with conditioning glazes.
