The studio is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice. Cancelling inside that window carries a 50% fee, and a no-show is charged 100% to the card on file. A visit can start with a free 15-minute consultation for haircuts, color, or matching hair for extensions. Color services cover a wide range, from single process color and tint retouches to dimensional tint, block coloring, partial and full highlights, T-zone and hairline highlights, and specialty highlights that touch every piece of hair in one session. Bleach retouches are priced for clients whose last bleach out fell within 5 to 7 weeks; otherwise they are booked as a bleach out. Toner and color gloss services help restore tone when color fades after highlights. A styling appointment after a color service is offered at no charge so clients can see their color results.

Extension work uses Bellami hand-tied volume weft extensions, with an install, a move-up and an extension haircut that blends natural hair with extensions. Tinsel extensions are also offered, with each bundle priced separately. The booking page includes a portfolio of balayage, block coloring, dimensional and hyper color work, bleach outs and haircuts.
