Prices are tiered by professional. Each service lists a starting price, and a plus sign marks the ones that rise with the level of the stylist or colorist, reflecting education, experience and skill. Hair color clients fill out a color consultation form before booking.

Haircut and style visits begin with a relaxing shampoo and end with a personalized style. Color and cut services also include a scalp, neck and shoulder massage and a hot towel treatment. Clients can use a full beverage bar during their visit, and a complimentary neck and shoulder massage is included in services.

Hair extensions are offered in hand-sewn, Invisible Bead (IBE/Vomor), tape-in and clip-in styles, along with halos, toppers and wigs. The salon states its extension specialists are certified.

The salon runs an advanced training program for hair models, who receive complimentary styling or discounted cut and color services. Its apprenticeship program is modeled on Alan Murphy's own apprenticeship with David Blair in London. The salon also states its educational program has been recognized as one of the best in America.
