Sharon Ramcharitar owns the salon, which she launched after a career of more than two decades with Oscar Blandi, Rossano Ferretti and Vu Hair, all located at The Peninsula Hotel. The salon calls its work Manhattan-caliber and says its team has trained at some of New York City's top salons. According to the salon's site, its Google reviews average 5.0 across 30 reviews.

Every visit includes a brief consultation before any service begins, so the stylist can learn the client's goals first. The team keeps up with ongoing education in color science, cutting technique and product knowledge. Color is composed around natural tones, complexion and the result a client wants, and the salon uses Wella, Redken and L'Oreal Professional color.

Color options include balayage, gloss, single-process color, partial and full highlights, face frame and color correction. Partial highlights start at $300, full highlights at $400, and face frame at $250. Color correction starts at $350 for a two-hour session, is priced by consultation, and sometimes takes more than one appointment. Keratin smoothing treatments (partial from $250, express from $375, Lasio from $450 and Mocha Silk from $475) are by appointment only, so clients call to book. The salon says smoothing lasts up to six months, with the formula chosen for each client's texture and porosity. Milbon conditioning starts at $80, with blowout at $150 and steam with blowout at $165, and includes a four-week home-care routine. A four-step Milbon repair treatment for severely damaged hair starts at $80. Hair extensions are 100% human hair, applied without heat or tension, and priced by consultation.

Bridal services begin with a free pre-wedding consultation, and include a complimentary bridal hair trial as well as a paid bridal hair trial starting at $200. Out-of-salon wedding-day styling starts at $400, and bridal party packages are priced by consultation. Classic, bohemian, modern and vintage styles are offered. Online booking is available around the clock through the Square Go app, or by calling the salon. A credit card is required to hold an appointment; cancellations within 24 hours incur 50% of the service amount, and same-day cancellations and no-shows incur 100%. Guests more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards are accepted, and gratuity can be given in cash or Venmo. Prices confirmed after consultation are final and exclude tax and gratuity. Children visit by appointment with an adult, and only registered service animals are allowed inside.

Every appointment is one-on-one, with one stylist or colorist dedicated to the client from consultation to finish, after a conversation about goals.
