Hours are Tuesday and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday through Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 4 PM. The salon is closed on Mondays. Clients can call or text 248-851-7593. Appointment updates go out by text message, and anyone who has not received a confirmation text 24 hours before their visit should contact the salon.

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Gratuity cannot be added to credit card payments and is accepted in cash or through Venmo. Product returns are not accepted, though products may be exchanged within one use. Gift certificates are available; they are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Brides and bridal parties are welcome, and a $100 deposit is required when booking. Bridal hair, bridal makeup and a bridal trial session are offered as separate services. The salon says it aims to pair luxury with comfort in its studio.
