At Salon FREDA, the stylists describe their work as a mix of advanced technique, continuing education, premium salon products and individual consultations. Haircuts, blowouts, event styling, balayage, highlights, blonding, root touch-ups, toners and glosses, and color correction are all offered, along with hair extensions, which are planned after a consultation and priced by consultation. Smoothing services include Brazilian blowouts, which the salon says last up to 12 weeks, and keratin smoothing treatments, which it says last up to 16 weeks. A client testimonial on the site says the salon uses Oribe and Kérastase products, and the businesses describe themselves as the only Goldwell Exclusive Salon in the Novi area.

At Faces by FREDA, the team takes time to learn about each client's skin, features, personal style and goals before recommending anything. Facials begin with a consultation and are customized to skin type and goals; options include hydrating, anti-aging, deep cleansing, sensitive skin and brightening facials. Advanced treatments include HydraFacial in three tiers, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling and oxygen facials. Many clients come in roughly every four to six weeks. A complimentary skincare consultation is listed on the site, though availability should be confirmed when booking. Makeup services cover event and full-face makeup, lash applications and makeup lessons, and the brow menu includes design, tinting, hybrid brow stain and lamination. Facial and body waxing for women and men is also offered.

Bridal and special event work runs through both businesses. Bridal hair styling, party hair, glam makeup, photoshoot looks and special occasion styling are available, along with wedding day makeup, a bridal makeup trial, bridal party makeup, engagement photo makeup and bridal shower or rehearsal dinner makeup. Brides are encouraged to book a trial before the wedding, and early booking is recommended in peak season. Party members can reserve their appointments with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Services scheduled longer than an hour also require a 50% deposit and follow a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments are strongly recommended for any service, and online booking is available through the Phorest system. Retail products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition, while skincare packages are non-refundable and gift cards are final sale.
