New clients can book a free consultation in person or virtually. Reservations require a credit card. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; a late cancellation is charged half the a la carte service fee, and a missed appointment or no-show is charged the full service price. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the appointment is rescheduled. Listed prices are base-level and can rise with the stylist's experience and the length and density of the hair. A suggested tip is 20% of the normal service price.

The salon offers women's and men's cuts, special occasion styling, color and highlight services, keratin and Brazilian blowout treatments, body waves and curls, waxing, Hydrafacials, lash extensions, lash and brow tinting, and lash lifts or perms. The salon carries luxury and moderate-priced professional hair product lines, which it says are chosen to be free of harsh preservatives, parabens and sulfates and are never tested on animals.
