The salon is owned by Diana, who bought it outright after several years working as a stylist at Salon on 5. She also works as the lead stylist, and she describes the support she gives the team as central to how the salon runs.

When booking, every appointment includes a finish, either a haircut or a blow dry. Color and highlight services do not include a finish and are booked separately. Stylists begin by asking what makes a client feel beautiful, then build the look from there. Full color starts at $80, highlights at $175, and lived-in color or balayage, which is customized for each guest, at $195. Corrective color and hair extensions are priced per consultation.

Bridal clients can book hair, makeup and lash services. Bridal booking goes through a request form that asks for the event date, location, wedding party size and whether the team needs to travel to the client. Wedding party packages are available for lash services.

Stylists ask each client what makes them feel beautiful before creating a look, and the salon aims to leave people feeling confident in their own skin.
