Services cover the full range of hair work, from children's haircuts and men's and women's cuts to color, glazing, gray reduction, relaxers, permanent waves, highlights, lowlights, balayage and ombre. Styling includes blow-dries and up-dos, and nail services include manicures and pedicures. Facials, keratin treatments, make-up, straightening, threading and waxing are also offered. Men's and women's packages include scalp and head massage with haircuts, and pedicures include leg and foot massage. Salon and bridal packages, gift certificates and men's spa services are available.

The salon exclusively carries Chromastics hair care products in the Cincinnati Tri-State Area. The brand is described as American made, with wheat protein, rice protein, sunflower seed extract and macadamia extract, and the salon calls its line Certified Tri-Organic Complex products. Clients can book online at any time through the salon's booking software.
