Electrolysis is offered in 15, 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions, in either a general appointment for the face, breast, underarms, legs, arms and other areas outside the bikini line, or a urogenital appointment for areas inside it.

Every visit starts with a free 30 minute consultation, where skin type and hair growth are assessed and a customized treatment plan is set. Electrolysis usually takes a series of 12 to 24 sessions, spaced to follow the hair growth cycle. The business says it treats clients of all skin tones, hair colors and hair textures.

According to the salon, hygiene and equipment are a particular priority. Each appointment uses a new, sterile disposable probe. Medical-grade tweezers are run through a hospital-standard sterilizer after every client, following CDC infection control guidelines. The salon uses FDA-approved devices and states that electrolysis is the only FDA-approved method of permanent hair removal.

Clients are asked to avoid shaving the treatment area for two to three days beforehand, to limit caffeine on the day if possible, and to drink plenty of water beforehand. Electrolysis is not offered to clients with a cochlear implant, pacemaker, hepatitis, defibrillator, cancer, heart issues, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding. No-shows are charged the full appointment time, and payment is by cash or check only at this time.

Beyond electrolysis, the menu covers brow tweezing, tinting, waxing and lamination, lash tinting and lifts, a range of facials, waxing for face and body, airbrush tanning, and hair color, cuts, blowouts, keratin treatments and children's and men's cuts.
