Color is the largest group, ranging from root touch-ups for grey coverage to partial and full highlights, blonding, and foilayage or balayage. Extension services include weft installs and move-ups, KTip keratin extension installs and removals, and a consultation and experience appointment for new guests. Bridal updos and wedding styles, along with haircuts, blowouts, and a shampoo and blowout that includes a scalp massage, round out the menu.

Booking requires a card on file, and no charge is made before the appointment. Digital consultations are available by text or Instagram direct message, and Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the visit. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and can be scheduled for a recipient on a chosen date; gift card sales are final. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a share or all of the service total to the card on file, with one courtesy grace period per client for a late cancellation. Existing clients keep the prices they paid at the previous location, while new clients pay menu pricing.
