Color is the core of the menu. Options run from partial and full balayage to partial and full highlights, babylights framing the face, all-over color, root melts, and partial or full blonding. Many color services can be paired with a blowdry or a cut, and root-only work is offered as a separate appointment. Glaze services and a standalone blowout are available for clients who want refreshed tone or styling between color visits.

Extensions are another main focus. The salon offers consultations, hand-tied extension installation, move-ups for existing hand-tied sets, keratin tip installation and removal of extensions that were not put in by the salon. Hand-tied move-ups take about two and a half hours, and clients are asked to arrive with clean hair.

New clients must book a consultation before an appointment, either in person or by email, before the appointment can be approved. Color correction also requires an email consultation first, and pricing depends on the correction. Haircuts are offered to existing clients only. Bridal hair trials and bridal hair appointments are available, with bridal pricing varying by the work involved.

Booking policies: cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and changes made within 48 hours carry a 50% fee. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and arriving later may mean a shortened or adjusted service. Repeated last-minute cancellations can lead to losing future booking privileges. Services are guaranteed for one week when at-home care is followed and no other stylist has worked on the hair, though the guarantee ends once another stylist or salon touches the color, styling or extensions. Refunds are not issued, but adjustments may be offered within the guarantee window if eligible. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and are final.

Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 12 PM to 8 PM, and Sunday 4 PM to 9 PM. The salon is closed Wednesdays and Saturdays. Client reviews posted on the About page praise the color, extension and styling work, according to the salon.
