Color is a large part of the menu. Single Process applies one shade from roots to ends, Full Highlight foils the whole head including underneath layers, and Partial Highlight focuses on the top layer, part line and face-framing strands. Balayage is hand-painted in open air, while Foilayage uses the same painted method with strands wrapped in foil. Root Lightening is a two-step service of bleach lightening followed by a glaze.

Color Correction is offered for at-home color that has turned out uneven, patchy, or unexpectedly bright or dark. It works on brassy or orange tones, overly ashy tones, and harsh lines of demarcation, and can lighten dark hair that was previously dyed. Added fashion color must be booked as a Custom Transformation, which usually takes three or more hours in the chair. Color service prices do not include haircuts or finishing.

Haircuts come in two types. Stylist Cuts suit longer hair, scissor cuts, layered looks, and textured, natural or styled hair, and cost $75 to $80 including shampoo and blow dry. Barber Cuts suit fades, tapers, buzz cuts and tight sides, are done mainly with clippers and trimmers, and cost $40.

Add-on services include clear or tinted glaze, Ironwork (flat iron styling added to finishing), Head Spa Treatments in express, detox and full options, and Conditioning Treatments, where the stylist recommends the best option for the hair type. For event hair, guests should arrive with clean, dry hair and wear a button-down or wide-neck shirt. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment; within 24 hours, 50% of the scheduled cost is charged.
