Booking is handled through an online booking link rather than by phone. New clients send the stylist their full name and photos of their current hair, then wait for a response, which the studio asks clients to allow up to 24 hours for. New appointments are confirmed after a short phone consultation and secured with a deposit. Color correction and hair extensions always start with a consultation, while other color services can usually be booked directly. Pricing is talked through at the first visit so there are no cost surprises, and the studio does not double-book.

Color work begins with a consultation, a color match and a custom formula, followed by a gentle cleanse with scalp massage and a blow-dry finish. The studio uses Original Mineral CØR.color, an ammonia-free, PPD-free and resorcinol-free color system, and an ammonia-free keratin lightener from the same brand. Haircuts include a consultation, a shampoo and scalp massage with premium products, a precision cut and a blow-dry.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window are charged half the service price, and missed appointments are charged the full service price.

Each visit starts with a detailed conversation about hair type, lifestyle and goals, with an emphasis on explaining hair health so clients can decide for themselves rather than being pushed toward extra services.
