Rachel Rivera

Rachel Rivera is the Master Hairstylist, owner and stylist at Salon Raquel in Folsom. She has worked as a hairstylist for over 19 years. She trained at Paul Mitchell The School, then completed more than 120 hours of advanced study at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Beverly Hills, covering ABC's of Cutting, Cutting and Coloring, and Creative Cutting. Several of those classes were taught by Stephen Moody, a former International Executive Director of Vidal Sassoon.

She has taught senior classes at Paul Mitchell The School and at Marinello Schools of Beauty in Sacramento. She is currently certified in the beaded row and tape-in hair extension methods. Her specialties are precision haircutting, trend and corrective color, balayage, and beaded row and tape-in extensions.

She aims to help women feel confident and beautiful, and values long-term client relationships. Reviews in the studio gallery call her precise, talented and knowledgeable.
