The salon describes itself as one of only a handful of hair salons in North Carolina with Redken Elite status. Stylists attend hands-on salon training, hair and beauty trade shows and local educational events.

Color work ranges from single process color and highlights to balayage, which is hand-painted highlighting with a bond-building treatment and a blow-dry finish. Redken color lines are described by the salon as combining European and American technology. Men's Camo Color is formulated to subtly cover some grey, and blonde shades are created with Redken and Shades EQ.

Priority Color Club is a monthly membership with three schedules: a haircut and color every four, three or two weeks. Members receive 10% off other services and retail products, and the membership is charged to the card on the 1st of each month. Either side can cancel with 30 days written notice. Color services are guaranteed when the at-home care the stylist directs is followed.

Hair extension consultations are complimentary and cover look, color, texture, length, maintenance and cost. Extension options include beaded I-tip, fusion, tape-in and hand-tied weft installs, each priced after consultation.
