Color is the core of the work, including dimensional color, blonde transformations and gray blending, which is designed to grow out softly instead of leaving a harsh line. Custom color comes in three tiers. Mini Custom covers gloss and tone, a soft dimensional refresh, and shine and softness. Partial Custom adds dimensional highlights, face-framing brightness, gray blending and tonal refinement. Full Custom covers dimensional and blonde transformations, major tonal shifts and signature color design. Haircuts include a dry cut shaped to a client's natural movement and a signature cut with a wash, custom shaping and a finished style.

Extensions are the salon's other specialty. TEXASTIDE is a hand-tied method sewn onto small beaded rows, with no glue or heat at the root, using Remy human hair matched to a client's density, texture and color. A blending cut helps the extensions sit into natural hair. The salon describes the method as the most natural-looking, comfortable and hair-healthy option available. Extensions are not recommended for very fine, fragile or significantly damaged hair. Maintenance visits, recommended every 6 to 8 weeks, move the rows up, check or replace wefts and refresh the blending cut.

Booking is done by phone or text, or through the online consultation form, which asks for a current hair photo and an inspiration photo. The salon replies within 24 hours. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled or missed with less notice are charged the full scheduled service.

Designs color around how a client actually lives with their hair, starting with a consultation on hair history, daily routine, lifestyle and goals before any color is mixed.
