The salon is for clients who want healthy hair alongside a balanced, natural lifestyle. Its aim is haircuts and color that leave guests feeling more like themselves. The products it uses and sells are cruelty free, ammonia-free, gluten free and vegan, and are mostly plant based with a high share of organic ingredients. The shop carries Arete and Cult & King hair products.

New color clients are encouraged to book a free consultation first, and a patch test is recommended before a color service. The patch test has no fee: a small amount of color goes on the arm or neck and is checked after 48 hours. Color clients are asked to arrive with hair washed the same day or the day before. Prices depend on hair length and density, and prices outside the posted ranges are discussed at consultation. Growth of more than one inch may carry an extra product charge.

The salon describes its color as organic and says it offers healthier-feeling hair, longer-lasting color, no harmful fumes and strong gray coverage.
