Every haircut includes a consultation, a scalp massage, a professional shampoo, a precise cut and a blow-dry. Color services also include a blow-dry, and extra styling, pricing and timing may vary. Dimensional color and balayage starts at $110, with the final price depending on hair length and thickness.

There is no traditional front desk. Appointments are made through the online booking link, and questions can go by text or phone. Corrective color, platinum blonding, fashion colors and major color transformations are not available to book online; they require a phone call or text beforehand. Every service has a fixed appointment length, so guests should pick the right one and arrive on time. Booking the wrong color service can result in forfeiting the appointment and its deposit. Cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Full haircuts are available to new guests and existing clients, while above-the-ear cuts are limited to returning guests who have a recommendation from their stylist.

Color formulas are enriched with plant oils and infused with plant aromas. Permanent and deposit-only options are both available, and the shade range covers vibrant primary and secondary tones, natural browns, blondes and reds. Gift cards can be purchased.
