Services are grouped under brows, lashes, skin care, waxing and a small Other group. Skin care and eyelash extension services are booked online only, while hair appointments and questions go through the salon's phone line.

Lash services include full sets applied one extension at a time to natural lashes, in natural or bold styles, along with fills, removal and a lash lift with tint. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and a fill needs at least 40% of extensions still in place; below that, a full set may be needed. New clients booking a full set pay a $25 deposit. Clients come in for fills with clean lashes and no eye makeup.

Skin care centers on a facial tailored to each client's skin needs, dermaplaning that can be added to any service, and two hydrodermabrasion facials. The Hydraderm facial uses a water and serum vortex to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate, with serums chosen by the esthetician; the salon says it suits most skin types.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments are recorded in the client file, and any later missed appointment carries a 50% service fee. Hours are Tuesday 9 AM to 1 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, and the salon is closed Sunday and Monday.
