The salon describes itself as having won the Regional and Local Reader's Choice Awards each year since 1999, and as one of the finest hair salons in Beverly and on the North Shore, with its spa named the best spa in Beverly and on the North Shore by the same account.

The hair side covers cutting, color, blowouts, perms, styling and smoothing treatments. Color services include Redken Color Camo, foil highlighting in several sizes, glosses and toners, and the salon carries L'Oreal Professionnel's Marjirel Color, which is stated to cover up to 100 percent of grey hair. Color prices do not include a cut or blowout. Smoothing options are 6 Week and 3 Day Smoothing Therapy by Keratin Complex and Brazilian Blowout, and clients on these must use Keratin SAFE shampoo for the salon to stand behind results.

The spa side offers facials ranging from a teen facial to a longer personalized Environ treatment in 60, 75 or 90 minute versions, along with dermaplaning, an Environ alginate mask add-on and medical-grade skin care. Spa services run under the medical direction of Joseph Russo, M.D., a board-certified plastic surgeon. Injectables, dermal fillers, bio stimulatory fillers and IPL photofacial are priced after a consultation, and consultations are complimentary.

Hair removal covers face, lip, chin, brow, underarm, arm, leg, bikini and torso waxing, and the team notes that waxing prices can change if a service takes longer than planned. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed are charged in full before rebooking, with emergencies excluded. Text reminders go out 48 hours ahead, and because of Massachusetts law, men and women are charged the same price for haircutting.

Spa treatments are delivered under physician direction from a board-certified plastic surgeon, and the hair team places weight on education, with the salon's assistant director teaching apprentices current cutting and coloring methods.
