Color is a major part of the menu, with root retouching, all-over color, highlights, balayage, freehand ombre and glossing treatments. Gray blending is offered for both men's and women's cuts, and a gray blend fades over roughly four weeks. Cutting covers children, men, women and transformative changes of more than three inches. Keratin smoothing, botanical conditioning and scalp treatments with blow dry round out the hair care menu, and the salon also offers blow outs, formal styles for brides, eyebrow tinting, relaxing waxing and spray tanning.

Clients are asked to call when booking for the first time so the appointment can be set accurately, and to arrive on time. If a client arrives more than ten minutes late, the technician decides whether the service can still go ahead that day. Children may be in the salon only while receiving a service, and children over six can be booked when accompanied by an adult. Gift certificates can be customized into a gift package but are non-refundable.
