Stylists are grouped into levels by experience, from apprentice through master stylist elite. Stylists who do hair extensions complete certification in the salon's in-house White Glove Service Standard, and extensions are made from 100% human hair. The Inner Circle membership covers installs, move-ups and removals every 6 to 8 weeks, and extension maintenance is due within a 6 to 10 week window to avoid added costs.

The skin team offers several Hydrafacial levels, from a Men's Hydrafacial up to a Platinum Hydrafacial with dermaplaning. The 60-minute W Glow Hydrafacial is customized by the skin team and is exclusive to the salon. Facials, dermaplaning, waxing, lash lifts and tints, and brow lamination are also available, and the salon says its estheticians are licensed. Massage options include lymphatic drainage, cupping, and a signature W Spa Massage, and nail services include gel, acrylic, spa, and dip powder work along with personalized nail art.

For color changes, platinum or corrective color, the salon offers a complimentary consultation, and color cannot be quoted or booked until the hair has been seen. Haircut and color prices are starting prices that vary by stylist, time, hair length and condition. Guests can order house wine, coffee, tea, or soft drinks during a service, and payment plans are available through Cherry for salon and spa services and through Klarna for extensions. The salon also supports CityLink Center and the National T.T.T. Society, and is hiring people who want ongoing education and enjoy working on a team.
