Level 1 staff have graduated from cosmetology school and hold a Pennsylvania license, and they offer model services until promoted to Level 2. Level 2 staff have at least a year behind the chair and can ask higher-level colleagues to collaborate on advanced services. Promotion to Level 3 comes after at least three years of education and experience behind the chair.
