The salon is co-owned by Frank and Tracy Fee, who have run it together for 17 years. Frank focuses on hair color and haircutting, and Tracy's main specialty is pedicures. The team also includes Rachael, a stylist and colorist, and Nevaeh, a licensed esthetician who handles facials, lash and brow services and waxing.

Appointments are confirmed the day before, and clients are asked to arrive on time. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Cancellations need more than 24 hours notice under a policy effective March 1, 2023. Cancelling within 24 hours is charged at 50% of the scheduled services, and a missed appointment without notice is charged at 100%. Two appointments cancelled without notice require a 50% deposit for future bookings. Customary gratuity for services is 15 to 20 percent, at the client's discretion. Accepted payment is cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, and cash back is not given on card or check payments. Gift cards come in any denomination but are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Prices may change without notice, and some services are priced from a starting amount or upon consultation.

For wedding days, the salon offers hair styling, makeup and waxing in a private room, and bridal clients are offered coffee, tea and orange juice on the day. Bridal parties of seven or more who book both hair and makeup receive 10% off both services. Retail products can be picked up curbside or ordered through the online store. Product purchases are not refunded in cash; returns are credited to the client's retail account.
