Salon Moony

Salon Moony is owned by Tabrina Pelkola, who founded it, and works as a lease salon. Each stylist is independent: they set their own prices and schedule, use their own color line, and keep their own calendar and booking page, so clients book directly with the stylist they want. Stations come with a chair, a mirror and a back-bar setup. The salon leases stations to stylists and offers parental leave and vacation lease breaks.

Pricing depends on the service and the stylist. Haircuts, which include a wash, precision cut and blow-dry, start at $60, and bang trims range from free to $25 depending on the stylist. Gloss or toner starts at $75 and all-over tint at $195. Highlights start at $200 for a partial and $350 for a full set. Creative and corrective color is charged by the hour and begins with a consultation, and bond repair and conditioning add-ons are quoted after a consultation.
