Salon Michael Domenic opened in October 2015, founded by Michael Leonida after 16 years working in the hair industry. The salon is on Cambridge Street in Cambridge and says its aim is close attention to detail in every appointment.

A visit starts with a consultation. Each stylist talks through the client's needs and lifestyle before designing a style, and clients can book a standalone haircut consultation for $50 with either stylist. Haircuts include shampoo and blow-out. Initial and subsequent haircut prices differ by stylist, a fringe trim is $25, and color is priced by process: a single process color is $90, a gloss $55, and foil or balayage highlights start at $150 for a face frame, $185 for a partial and $230 for a full head. Custom and corrective color are $150 per hour, and a color consultation is $55. Hair extensions and hair relaxers are priced after consultation, keratin smoothing starts at $325, and an Olaplex treatment is $70.

Booking online lets clients request Michael Leonida, Miranda Mills or the first available stylist. Hair, color and keratin services require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, otherwise the full service fee is charged. The salon is closed Sundays and Mondays, open Tuesdays from 11am to 6pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 8pm, and Fridays from 10am to 5pm.
