Miranda Mills's training began in 2009 at the Aveda Fredric's Institute in Indianapolis, Indiana. That same year she completed an assisting program at an Aveda Concept Salon in St. Augustine, Florida. She later relocated to Orlando, Florida, where she opened a salon and trained with the Paul Mitchell team. She moved to Boston in 2014.
