Conditioning treatments start at $10, with Lanza Ultimate Treatment at $24, Lanza Emergency Treatment at $44, and a Keratin Complex Treatment priced per consultation. Color options include color at $67 to $97, corrective color at $48 to $108 per hour, additional color at $24, partial foils at $77 to $107, full foils at $97 to $127, and balayage and ombre at $158 to $218. Brow tints are $21 with a color service or $28 without. Harper Ellis luxury extensions are offered only here and are priced per consultation. Pricing follows a level system, so the same service may cost differently from one stylist to another. Booking starts with an online form, after which the salon contacts the client. Clients can pay over time through Cherry with no hard credit checks and no hidden fees. Cherry plans may include 0% APR options, subject to eligibility. Example terms given by the salon include $250 every two weeks for six weeks at 0% APR, or $76.92 a month for 12 months with a $76.92 minimum down payment; these are examples only, and exact terms depend on credit and other factors.

Reservation policies: after three missed reservations, including late cancellations and no-shows, fees may apply to future bookings. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 25% of the reserved services, those with less than 24 hours' notice 50%, and same-day cancellations and no-shows 100%. Children aged 12 and under are welcome on the salon floor only while receiving a service, because of hot tools, sharp instruments and chemicals. Children who are loud or crying should be taken elsewhere until they settle, and electronics should be used with headphones. Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, at the salon's discretion. Service concerns should be raised within 7 days of the appointment, and one complimentary re-service may be offered to correct the original work. Changes of mind or of style or color are booked as new appointments. Clients who feel the salon has not met its standards can raise the matter with the owner.
