Haircuts cover all hair types and textures, including naturally curly hair. Men's cuts are done scissor over comb, and women's cuts include a blow-dry style. Every client gets a thorough consultation, whether it is a first visit or a long-time client, so the look can suit their needs from styling through everyday maintenance. Color services can use foils, balayage, or a combination, depending on the look wanted. Options range from toner and gloss and root retouches to full highlights and custom color.

Extensions are priced only after a full consultation, based on method, length and the amount of hair needed. The Extension Consult is free and includes a full cost breakdown. Extension installs and move-up appointments are booked directly with the owner. Services are offered a la carte, and the salon welcomes bridal parties. Wedding consultation appointments are available. On-location wedding service is offered in metropolitan Phoenix at regular service prices plus a $75 location fee, with a $500 minimum for the day that can include that fee. Out-of-area on-location pricing is available on inquiry.

The salon uses Kevin Murphy and Color.Me products, and the owner says every product offered is vetted before it is recommended. Gift cards are sold online in $25, $50, $75 and $100 amounts or in a custom amount.
