Visits usually open with a consultation. Services are planned so that color grows out well and fits daily life, and maintenance plans are meant to be realistic. New clients begin with The Edit, a two-hour first-visit package that includes a consultation, a precision haircut, a deep conditioning treatment, a finished style and an eyebrow wax. The studio is accepting a limited number of new clients at this time.
Individual services include foils, balayage, gloss and toner refreshes, root retouches, extensions, scalp and conditioning treatments, perms and blowouts.
Booking terms are set out in advance. New clients booking The Edit pay a $10 deposit and those booking Color Removal pay $50, while several Edit and High Voltage services carry deposits of $25 to $75. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment and no-shows are charged a full fee, and the studio says these fees are not negotiable. Pricing reflects technique, product and complexity rather than gender.
