Katelynn starts each visit by getting to know the client, and services are customized from there. The studio's stated goal is for clients to leave feeling confident and cared for. Colour work covers blonding, full and partial highlights, balayage and foilayage, bleach, and custom color, with color correction offered for imbalances or dramatic changes. Hair extensions can be installed or moved up on request, and precision cuts, trims, creative color and event hair and makeup are available by booking request, as are makeup lessons.

Brow services include tinting or waxing, henna, and lamination, and facial waxing is also offered. Cuts and styling range from clipper cuts and sheercuts to wash and blowdry, hot-tool styling, repair treatments, and toner and masks. Toner is said to last about 10 to 20 washes with proper care. Bleached and toned color usually needs a touch-up within 4 to 6 weeks to avoid banding, and root color can wait 8 to 10 weeks, though that may take more product and time.

Clients are asked not to have salt water, chlorine or sunblock in their hair before an appointment, while a little oil is fine. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and shorter-notice cancellations or no-shows are charged a percentage of the booked service. Clients who repeatedly reschedule to avoid a fee may no longer be booked, and there is a referral credit of $10 off the next visit for each person referred.

Each client's service is customized after getting to know them, with the goal of leaving them feeling confident and cared for.
